Three Decades of Excellence: Building Trust and Delivering Results
Infotech Solutions Ghana Limited was formed in 1995 to provide a professional IT consultancy service to the business and educational sectors in Africa. With its origins in the United Kingdom in the mid-nineteen eighties, where it started enjoying a growing reputation for technical excellence in the field of IT, the company’s operations were relocated to Ghana to take advantage of the expanding opportunities in the evolving West African market.
Between 1996 to 2005, Infotech Solutions successfully developed and implemented three projects to assist both the business and educational sectors within the West African sub-region to fully automate their operational processes by integrating the latest and most appropriate technological resources in all their business and educational activities.
The E-Schools Project
An initiative which aimed to have all schools in Ghana fully integrating computer technology in their Teaching, Learning and Administrative processes. The project was successful in setting up computer centres about 18 second-cycle institutions in the country.
The E-Business Project
A project which assisted businesses in the country to automate their operations by integrating the most appropriate technological resources in all their business activities. Through this project, Infotech Solutions helped many businesses successfully automate their financial operations using software such as Pastel Accounting (now Sage Accounting).
The E-Support Project
To provide technical support services to small, medium & large businesses and organisations across the country. Technical support provided included maintenance & repair, networking& network maintenance, IT support, IT consultancy and system support services.

Under our E-Schools Programme, we have set up computer centres in a number of second-cycle institutions in the country. Some of these computer labs started with 5, 10 or 15 PCs, while some of the bigger ones had 30 or 40 PCs installed at one go. With all these schools, we automatically have a maintenance agreement valid for 3 years to provide servicing for all computers (including monitors, etc.), servers, printers, and UPSS.
